Cruise around Cap de Saint-Tropez to Baie des Canoubiers for morning swim. Continue to Pampelonne Beach (5 km white sand). Explore Cap Taillat & Plage de l'Escalet for snorkeling.
Morning Exercise
Run along Cogolin marina promenade towards Port-Grimaud — flat, scenic 5 km out-and-back. Or SUP in the calm harbour.

Suggested Itinerary
Depart Cogolin for Cannes (~30 NM). Stop at the red Estérel rocks near Théoule-sur-Mer for a swim at Pointe de l'Aiguille. Arrive mid-afternoon. Evening stroll on the Croisette.
Morning Exercise
Early run along Cogolin marina (3 km). Evening: jog the Boulevard de la Croisette — iconic 3 km seafront promenade.

Explore Îles de Lérins (15 min from Croisette). Anchor between Sainte-Marguerite & Saint-Honorat. Visit Fort Royal (Man in the Iron Mask), monastery & vineyards. Or cruise to Millionaires' Bay, Cap d'Antibes.
Morning Exercise
Full Croisette run (6 km return). Hill intervals up to Le Suquet old town with panoramic views. Or sunrise swim at Plage du Midi. (Same route map as Day 3)

Move to Plage du Golfe Bleu, near Monaco
Suggested Itinerary
Depart Cannes eastward (~25 NM). Stop at Villefranche-sur-Mer — stunning turquoise bay. Continue past Cap Ferrat to Golfe Bleu, a secluded anchorage with Monaco skyline views. 5 min by tender to Monte Carlo.
Morning Exercise
Final Croisette run before departure. At Golfe Bleu: Sentier du Littoral cliffside trail (4 km) or open-water swim in the calm bay.
